SUMMARY

The Liks are in late, because they again encoutered the frontier guards in the forest, the same than the first time. But this time Liktpato deaf missed the alert, and the fascist guard stabbed him, while the timorous guard fled. The Likpas slaughtered the fascist guard, while running after the timorous guard. But just as they were to kill him, the Spooklik appeared and changed him into a Likpa. The expedition resumed, overloaded, sad of the death of Likpato, and meditating the morals of the Great Likpa.

Before passing away, Likpato deaf was adombred by the spooklik, and he uttered strange words: «Don't be afraid of death... You will get proofs... And me I shall have ears
