These bizarre effects on the screen were familiar by the time of the first TV sets in black and white and cathod ray tube.

Images 3 and 4: no signal, snow effects or lines on the screen.

Image 5: strong statics, producing the defocalisation of the electron beam and the formation of irregular large lines.

Image 6: back to normal signal, but the frame synchronisation is lost, making the image scroll.

For the sound, we find:

Images 3 and 4: no signal, waterfall sound.

Image 5: The likpater's signal, which also causes the statics on the image.

Image 6: Normal signal is back, but the speaker is furious after us. This was the most common and annoying phenomenon of the TV, and the reason why I never had any.
