The Mother tells that, facing the utter devastating threat of NY28Phi1884, she prayed. How a computer can pray needs some explanations.

NY28Phi1884 is a pulsar, a monster of space, lurking in the darkness...
NY28Phi1884 accretes matter, and it erupts at irregular intervals... Which poses a problem: the Mother would be lost, if She passed at this moment.
The Mother explains that she has a miniature temple inside Her computer.
This miniature temple was consecrated by real priests, who visited it in augmented reality!
Augmented reality allows to miniaturize oneself down to the atomic scale!
One of the priests is fooling around with a plutonium atom. He explains that plutonium was the only way to keep the Mother's absolute clock running for 60,000 years.
At this scale, the shapes of the plutonium orbitals are discernible.
More explanations on the principle of the absolute clock, the one which wakes up the Mother.

Okay, not sure we have Cerenkov light in liquid helium, given the very low refraction index. But it is cool to see.

The priests have a pillow fight using atoms, which completes the consecration of the temple.
