This second part is a long digression from the main story. This time there will be some serious fighting, and even a creepy ambient for those who like fighting stories with a creepy ambient. You can skip this part for a cool reading. But if you did not like the awful fate of the likdaddy's childhood friend, here is your revenge: Once again, Phallo parents discover that their young child is turning into a Likpa... Same scenario: a sinister van takes the child away in the middle of the night. But this time another car follows the van... Who are these mysterious characters whose mere sight fills the phacops with terror?
As you read this passage, you will get a unique view of the town of the Phallos, which is changing fast. You will also learn about the thankless work of the shadow fighters who defend freedom and peace in the Likpa's world.
This story is creepy and violent. So you can skip it for a happier read. You will then find Likpato, Rastalikpato and the Professor arriving in Jamalike in the third part.

Basically, the Likpas became aware of the sinister activities of the PSSC and the Black Guards, who were kidnapping young children to eliminate them or turn them into slaves. So one night, their sinister van takes young Likpato away. But this time it is followed... What ensues is a trail through the dirty old centre of the city of the Phallos. The likpas know that if they cannot catch Likpato, he will be sent straight to the crematory oven.
However, the Black Guards notice the tailing, and they decide to lure the likpas into a trap: one of their secret hideouts, Dock 46, where they will be outnumbered. The likpas find themselves surrounded by more than twenty guards! But it is four Likpater Commandos and no less than Master Marlikpa who get out of the car, so the fight is of égal à égal.
The Likpas are in serious trouble, however, when some fifteen Likpater Commandos arrive as reinforcements! The battle is fierce and ends in a victory for the Likpas, while the rock group The Walking cocks bring their sound system to record their next hit with real battle sounds. After some more adventures, it is finally the Border Guards of the Boobettes who free Likpato.
Finally, Likpato returns to the high school, where one of his teachers bullies him. A demonstration for his reinstatement follows. The Dock 46 affair causes a stir in the political world of the Phallos, until the king decides in retaliation to ban factory inspections. Which allows him to openly prepare for the war.
