These bizarre effects on the screen were familiar by the time of the first telescreen sets in black and white and cathod ray tube.

Images 3 and 4: no signal, snow effects or lines on the screen.

Image 5: strong statics, producing the defocalisation of the electron beam and the formation of irregular large lines.

Image 6: back to normal signal, but the frame synchronisation is lost, making the image scroll.

For the sound, we find:

Images 3 and 4: no signal, waterfall sound.

Image 5: The likpater's signal, which also causes the statics on the image.

Image 6: Normal signal is back, but the speaker is furious after us. The speaker was the most common and annoying noise of the telescreen, and the reason why I never had any.

This image was made in 2005. 18 years later (2023) scientists were inspirited by the Likpas, and they started to work on this apparatus. But their version is not quadripolar, and thus much more cumbersome. (Medical Express and Nature)
