Little personnal memory from Algeria here: after the independence, When the Frenchs had to leave, some racists were saying «we must leave nothing to the Arabs». This is what the phallo colonists did.

It is a different Jamalika which emerges, a modern, mecanized, skilful. Repentant colonistss help.
A serious problem, however, is the presence of pukerats, who used to terrorize the colonists. The Reds explain to the Rastalikpas that only kindness can get the better of them, and it works!
Climate change is increasingly hostile to the flaming trees. But the most serious problem is the increase in the number of rapzoys. The Rastalikpas must enact laws and justice!
The Rastalikpas discuss these laws with the Reds. But the rapzoys want the building of the old Mahaphallo parliament!
The rapzoys have transformed the Mahaphallo's Parliament into the Howling Phallo Inn!
The Rastalikpas have to do with the howling phallo inn, that is the price of the rapzoys' loyalty.
