The realisation of this page was in fact spread over several years. I indeed had to start with the realisation of a model of the «Varuna Likformer» probe in the former virtual world Inworldz.
This probe was carefully designed to keep in the fairing of a rocket in the Ariane 5 style. Especially the solar panels and the instrument pods (inspirited from the Voyager probes) can be entirely folded, I tried on the model, and I could orient properly the solar panels for the video.
Of course the above video is not exact (it is a symbolic vision): indeed the probe is not designed to land on Varuna. Its mission is to stay in orbit for various studies, especially mapping with the help of the infrared telescope in the instrument pod. But while passing near Varuna, it will deliver the lander itself: the conical object at left of the main body, with the brown heat shield.
This lander is made of cork, glued with... sugar, allowing it to withstand the heat of the atmospheric entry. The target is a high altitude lake, where the temperature is «only» 80°C. Thus, once the sugar dissolved, the algae and bacteria it contains can thrive and start to bring down the excess of carbon dioxide. But more than fifty thousand years will be required to bring the temperature low enough to send other forms of life.
The fantastic capacity of consecrating an enormous work for a purpose tens of thousands years in the future will result from the staggering spiritual progress of the Likpas, under the impulse of the Reds and Poetress, toward non-action and non-ego.

We are informed today that the Likpas illegally installed in the south tested a strange device, intended, after our informations, at going into the interplanetary space.
Of course this device simply exploded after 45 seconds, without ever working, since it is utopian to want to go into space.
Here at Phallo Evening we rather think at some bizarre weapon against our town.
This was of course a lie: the test had shown the capacities of the Likpa engineers, and the motor had sustained 60% more pressure than expected. But they had to push it until explosion to know!
Many Likpas were alarmed that such a secret information could leak so easily. In facts, it was kown much later that this leak was deliberately organised, and that it allowed to identify precisely a Phallo spy. The trick was simple, yet likpatous: several different figures, 40, 45, 50, 60 seconds were «leaked» toward several suspects. So it was the 45 second one the culprit! This spy was not arrested, on the contrary: he was fed with false information on a «hole» in the Likpa defenses. So the Likpas knew where the Phallos would attack, and the Reds confirmed. This trick was what ultimately allowed for the victory, as the Phallo forces were more important than predicted.
A visible fear was now all over the Likpa community: boot noises were becoming stronger in the town. The Likpa spies were reporting movements of tanks, troops and support vehicles. In more, other frightening rumours were spreading: new unexpected weapons, Occitan Phallos joining the war... The attack of the Phallos was a matter of days, now. Normally the strategists were predicting a victory of the Likpas, but numerous surprises could still happen. Centuries of technology development and years of work and training were now put to test...
