Having reasserted his authority as the sole witness of the epoch of the Mother, and thus the sole giver of meaning to the lives of the rastalikpas, Bobmarlik takes charge of the University and the construction of a civilikzation. Which will not go without difficulties, as consanguinity is starting to take its toll on the rastalikpas...

Bobmarlik's test: he will THINK of an object, which the Blacks must then draw.
Only those able to pass the test will be Blacks, with a hat. Otherwise, who can trust them?
Bob sets out on a tour of all the Universities, to revitalize them. It does not start well: he meets the first Phallo. Who immediately thinks he is smarter than all the Rastalikpas, commanding to be given the power.
The Phallo shows off his stupidity with inventing the rape, an anti-music dedicated to ugliness and misogyny.
Bob's tour is a triumph: the Rastalikpa people remembers, and the interrogation about their mysterious origins is still alive.
Back in the Basket Cave, Rastalikpato teller tries to likpate an eliktric battery!
Stacking disks on top of each other, the electric pile taps the fingers! The two Rastalikpas are terrified, until they realize that they succeeded!
They celebrate their success!
Bobmarlik however, far from the ambient enthusiasm, says that it is too late, and they only have a few days left...
In enthusiastically, they recover a spool of copper wire on the beach...
The «Phallo Evening» newspaper speaks of peace, while encouraging to invest in weapon industry
The rastalikpas make their first transmission of an electric signal from a distance! But it is too late: a messenger announces the arrival of a ship.
