It is important to understand here that several centuries passed by.

The countries of the Likpas and of the Boobettes had become strong and developped, with a varied culture and technologies in advance over the town. The stories of Maggie and of the Great Likpa had become memories, and the spooklik a legend...

However the threat of a war is more and more obvious, with boot noises coming from the town and the prophecy of the Great Likpa which deadline is becoming dangerously close...

The end of the Gread Likpa acts as a signal, reigniting bellicose and even exterminatory rhetoric...
There is no need for parapsychological powers to understand that the town is preparing a war. But the likpas are much more reactive...
The Likpas quickly understood the principle of hollow charges, the only weapon against phallo's tanks. And the factory inspectors for the Boobettes find nothing: all what the Boobettes have to do is tell the inspectors that the shell casings are dildos, and they go gurgle quack and stop thinking.
Among the Likpas, there is a debate between those who want to defend themselves mirlitarily, and those who want to remain non-violent. The resolution is that the latter give a meaning to the former.
The Boobettes install secret factories in their huge caves...
The Likpas also have underground factories in the Copper Mountains and on their secret island!
At the foot of the cliffs, iridescent leaks betray smoke forced underwater, and it is said that a coal dredger hangs down towards the bottom of the ocean...
But a problem quickly arises: the escapees are no longer arriving from the town! Everything indicates that they are caught and arrested!
The investigation comes to the Phallitz camp. Discussions take place on how to proceed.
The discussions lead to a detailed and minute accurate action plan.
