The second expedition is late, and the Likpas are very worried, not knowing if they can trust the Wild Likpas.

Our friends are worried that the second ecpedition is not arrived... But the Wild Likpas are confident, thanks to their messengers: rabbits!
Indeed, this rabbit brings a message: no enemies, many friends are coming, the Council agrees.
Nevertheless, the Likpas will spend the night in a rabbit burrow. But the second expedition arrives the next day!

SUMMARY (SPOILER!)

The Liks are in late, because they again encoutered the frontier guards in the forest, the same than the first time. But this time Liktpato deaf missed the alert, and the fascist guard stabbed him, while the timorous guard fled. The Likpas slaughtered the fascist guard, while running after the timorous guard. But just as they were to kill him, the Spooklik appeared and changed him into a Likpa. The expedition resumed, overloaded, sad of the death of Likpato, and meditating the morals of the Great Likpa.

Before passing away, Likpato deaf was adombred by the spooklik, and he uttered strange words: «Don't be afraid of death... You will get proofs... And me I shall have ears

The fascist border guard stabbed Likpato deaf, while his accomplice fled.
The two most determined Likpas catch up with the other Guard. But they disagree on what to do with him!
Suddenly, the Spouklik appears and transforms the guard into a Likpa! This saves his life.
Unfortunately, Likpato Deaf is seriously injured... And he does not want to return to the town, for fear of being tortured instead of treated!
The journey continues, weighed down by a stretcher, where Likpato lies dying.
Finally, Likpato Deaf dies... but just before he leaves, he is adombred by the Great Likpa, who explains that they should not have wished for the death of the Guard.
The Likpas are digesting the hard lesson.
But the expedition is too heavily laden, some can no longer move forward... And they are still within range of the Guards!
